John Kelly![]() John Kelly is one of today's preeminent serial killer profilers. As the founder of S.T.A.L.K. Inc. (System To Apprehend Lethal Killers), Kelly aids law enforcement in the apprehension of murderers through a comprehensive profiling process. Kelly has worked with police on over 100 cases over the past 20 years, including New York City's Last Call Killer in 2000, The Anthrax Killer in 2002, and The Angel of Death Charles Cullen in 2003. Most famously, he consulted on Washington's Green River case, in which Gary Ridgeway was convicted of murdering 48 women in 2003. Kelly's profiling was featured in best-selling author Ann Rule's book about the investigation, Green River Running Red. Kelly, who often acts as an expert witness consultant, has conducted interviews with serial murderers such as the "Killer Clown" John Wayne Gacy and Death Row inmate Henry Lee Lucas. It was through his organization S.T.A.L.K. that Kelly first enlisted the help of a convicted serial killer code-named "13" to build criminal profiles. He has been working with 13 for over ten years. Kelly has also appeared on 48 Hours, Nancy Grace and Geraldo At Large, and is the author of Warning Signs — A Guidebook for Parents. |
