Episode Guide A Love Story Two young lovers meet for a romantic dinner at a cozy spot in Long Island. Cheryl- young, doe-eyed, and beautiful sits across the table from Philly a slick, tough guy with deep pockets. The candlelight from the table is glistening off their engagement rings drawing their eyes down to their hands. Philly asks Cheryl if she could take her ring off so he can get a closer look. Cheryl hands over the diamond, Philly grabs it and throws it across the restaurant- "you're not engaged to that guy anymore. " Both lovers walk away from their engagements and start a life together. Philly's "printing company" keeps the family living large in beautiful homes, lush vacations, and extravagant shopping sprees. Philly offers Cheryl a million dollars for a child, which Cheryl dutifully delivers. Cheryl's life seems perfect until Philly has to go to court to clear up a case of "mistaken identity." The case continues with Cheryl growing more concerned with every excuse Philly delivers to keep her away from Court. She yearns for the truth and heads to the Court on what turns out to be the last day- Philly is convicted of Racketeering and Drug Dealing.
